Shipping + Returns
Orders ship using either UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. Your order can arrive anywhere from 2 to 14 business days, depending on time of the year and weather. Plus allow 1 or 2 days for order processing before your order ships.
We offer a 30 day guarantee on most orders. This guarantee does not apply to products that are specifically marked "no refunds."
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 1 to 7 business days. We cannot credit you cash, check or another form of payment that wasn't the original form of payment.

Our suggestion is to opt for tap water due to its easy accessibility. However, feel free to use any water type, including distilled, if you prefer.
All of our products are designed to be used around humans and our four legged best friends. Do not spray directly on pets. We ask that you do not spray around birds.

Hazardous Materials Identification System (HMIS) is a voluntary hazard rating scheme developed by American Coatings Association (ACA) to help employers comply with workplace labeling requirements of the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) revised Hazard Communication Standard (HCS). HMIS communicates in-plant chemical hazard information through the use of colors, numbers, and letters of the alphabet (see example below). 0 is a minimal hazard, whereas 4 is severely hazardous. We received 0 in all three categories, health, flammability, and reactivity.
We suggest vacuuming and then spraying the product in the air and on the carpeting. As vacuuming releases allergens back into the air.
Our unique mixture activates with water, and when atomized in a spray, attracts and attaches to allergen molecules and proteins in the air and on surfaces where they bring them down, encapsulate, neutralize them- all with minerals.
You should not spray the products on leather, silk or other water sensitive materials.

The "residue" is a combination of dust and our product. If you have an abnormal amount of dust in the air, our product will encapsulate the dust and drop it to the ground. Your air is now cleaner! Simply wipe up the area that shows "residue."
When you sign up for a subscription, any product you subscribe to will be automatically billed and shipped to you as frequently as you would like. You can sign up to receive your products either every month, two months, or three months and shipping is always free for orders over $30.00.
If you used a discount code when you placed the subscription order, it will only be applied to that first order.
