When these proteins come into contact with the mucous membranes of the nose or eyes, they can trigger an immune response. The body produces antibodies to fight off allergens, which can lead to symptoms such as sneezing, watery eyes, and a runny nose.

Any type of water is fine; we usually recommend just using water from your tap as it is readily available. You can also use distilled, alkaline, etc.

Magnesium is most powerful when used consistently over a period of time.

How often: As needed. We suggest spraying nightly to help support sleep recovery for our fellow allergy and asthma sufferers.

Where: On your stomach, feet, legs, arms and any sore areas. Up to 10 sprays and rub in. Can even be used under your arms as a deodorant.
